How much does shipping cost? We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping within Europe. For international orders outside of Europe, shipping costs are precisely calculated at checkout based on your location.
What is the delivery time? Each Punto di Luce chandelier is a bespoke masterpiece, handcrafted to order. Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for artisan production and secure delivery. We prioritize both speed and the meticulous care your piece deserves.
How is the chandelier shipped? Your order is dispatched directly from our glass masters in Italy via premium carriers, DHL Express or FedEx. Once your chandelier begins its journey, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS for real-time monitoring.
How are the chandeliers packaged? To ensure absolute safety, each piece of glass is individually wrapped in protective foam and high-density bubble wrap, then secured within reinforced, transit-tested crates to minimize any risk of damage.

Which frame finish should I choose? We offer four signature finishes to complement your interior: silver patinated chrome (standard), matte gold, shiny gold, or polished chrome. Please note that gold-toned frames carry a slightly higher premium. If you require expert advice on matching a finish to your space, contact us at post@muranoclassics.com.
Are the chandeliers brand new? Yes. Every chandelier is newly made to order. We combine original architectural frame designs with hand-blown glass created by Murano artisans with over 20 years of experience.
Which bulbs should I use? To allow you to choose the desired color temperature for your space, bulbs are not included. The specific bulb type and quantity required are detailed in each product description.

Will there be any customs duties? For orders outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply according to your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend consulting your local customs office for specific details prior to purchase.
