8. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

The buyer has a right of withdrawal for 14 days from the receipt of the product.

• Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to items marked as "Custom Order" or bespoke creations made to customer specifications.

• Costs: The buyer bears all shipping costs and logistical arrangements associated with the return.
