6. Delivery & Production

As our chandeliers are artisanal and often made to order, the typical delivery time is 2–3 weeks.

• Custom Frames: For non-standard finishes (e.g., specific patinas or custom metalwork), additional production time should be anticipated.

• Shipping: Goods are shipped via DHL Express or FedEx. The customer will receive tracking information via SMS and email once the order has departed our partner furnaces in Italy.
